MK-S series cylinder machines are asymmetric cylinders and are designed for use in light type works. The maximum capacity is given over the yield strength values of St37 Black Sheet 235Mpa. It has a maximum capacity of 4mm in 1050mm long St37 sheet. The minimum crimping diameter is also limited to 96mm due to the ball diameter being 96mm. Body and bearings are made of ductile iron and provide high resistance against load and vibration. The balls made of CK45 material, on the other hand, have a longer-lasting surface and a low stretching margin, so that more flat bends can be made. Against high flexing errors at full capacity, the bending balls are conically processed and the sheets can be bent straight at full capacity.
